If the nerve is irritated or compressed then a shooting pain into the arm and hand can occur with possible tingling, numbness and weakness. Other symtoms may include headaches, fatigue and pain in a specific range of movment.

  • Repetitive forward/ extension or side bending of the spine, particularly if rotating at the same time.
  • Habitual slumped seated posture.

  • Biomechanical mal-lignment / Flat feet. (See Orthotics)
